- All requests must be made at least one week in advance
- Requests are subject to availability and only deemed confirmed if you receive a confirmation from Chalet Ivy
- You automatically agree to the payment schedule and cancellation policy when making a request
- Chalet Ivy is authorized to make any charges related to this booking in accordance with the payment schedule and cancellation policy
- If there are any changes or discrepancies between the reservation details and the date of the reservation, additional fees may be charged depending on the details.

Payment schedule and cancellation policy:
- 100% credit card guarantee is required to secure the booking
- Final payment shall be payable upon check out
- Changes can only be made one week prior to the travelling date subject to availability
- 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation if cancels within one week
- 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation if cancels within 3 days
- If you are more than 60 minutes late from the scheduled arrival time, you will be charged a waiting fee of 5,000 yen per 30 minutes per vehicle. If the delay is serious enough to force the service to be delayed or canceled, such as exceeding the driver’s working hours limit stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, the service may be canceled and cancellation policy applies.
- We are not responsible or liable for delays or cancellations of flights, delays due to traffic congestion, traffic accidents, road closures, weather, customs, or immigration. If you are unable to use our service due to any reason outside hotel`s control, the cancellation policy applies.
