- 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation if cancels within 10 days
- Requests must be submitted by 5 PM (Japan time). Any requests made after that will be processed on the next business day, and cancellation fees will apply based on the processing day
- We will wait for you free of charge for up to 1 hour from the arrival time of your original flight. After that, an extension fee of JPY 5,000 (tax included) per 30 minutes will apply. If the delay is significant enough to affect the service, such as exceeding the driver’s working hours limit as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, the service may be canceled, and our cancellation policy will apply.
- We are not responsible or liable for delays or cancellations of flights, delays due to traffic congestion, traffic accidents, road closures, weather, customs, or immigration. If you are unable to use our service on the scheduled date due to reasons beyond the hotel’s control, the cancellation policy will apply, including any requests to change the date and/or time.
