We proudly serve Furano Wagyu, one of Hokkaido’s three celebrated wagyu brands. Each cut is treated with reverence — the chef carefully guiding the heat, honoring the ingredient’s natural beauty, and finishing with refined presentation.
Throughout the course, luxurious seafood from Hokkaido appears in harmony with wagyu, creating a rhythm of contrast and balance that keeps the palate engaged.
