Service time
Please come to the NIKUR Spa reception desk on the 1st floor at your reserved time. In addition to the indicated treatment time, the first consultation, changing clothes and tea service may take about 30 minutes.
Prices
The list prices include 13% service charge and consumption tax.
Reservations
We recommend booking in advance to ensure treatment at your desired time. Please ask staff about our course contents.
Terms of Use
All treatments are available to hotel guests aged 16 and over, regardless of gender.
Guests aged between 10 and 15 may enjoy treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room, or with a signed parental consent form. We regret that children under the age of 10 are not permitted to receive spa treatments.
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Guests
Please notify the staff at the time of booking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We will direct you to the treatments that are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding guests.
What to Wear
Guests staying at our hotel can come to the spa in Yukata (light cotton kimono) and slippers. However, gray color room wear should not be worn outside of the room.
Handling of Valuables
Please store your valuables in the safe provided in the guest rooms. Please be advised that our spa is not responsible for any loss or theft of your valuables.
Mobile Phone Use
To preserve the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the spa, we kindly ask that mobile phones are not used during treatments. If you have a mobile phone with you, please ensure that it is set to silent mode.
Cancellations
Cancellations or no show on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of menu amount.
Additionally, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time corresponding to the originally reserved time.
